A retainer provides consistent, monthly access to our team as your part-time HR Director and financial operations advisory partner. You will receive hands-on support across your HR and operations needs, including policies, employee relations, SOPs, compliance, and leadership coaching, as well as dedicated financial operations advisory covering cash flow, profitability, accounts receivable, compensation modeling, and growth planning.
This is not just advice. It is implementation, strategy, and guidance delivered every month across both the people side and the financial side of your practice, giving you peace of mind and predictable support in the areas that carry the most risk and complexity.
