A retainer provides consistent, monthly access to me as your part-time HR Director and financial operations partner. You will receive hands-on support across HR and operations needs (including policies, employee relations, SOPs, compliance, and leadership coaching) as well as ongoing financial operations support covering cash flow, profitability, accounts receivable, compensation modeling, and growth planning. This is not just advice. It is implementation, strategy, and guidance every month across both the people side and the financial side of your practice, giving you peace of mind and predictable support in the areas that carry the most risk and complexity.​
